Terms and Conditions

Bookings will only be accepted with completed, signed booking form, a copy of your public liability insurance and either 50% deposit or full payment.

Bookings accepted on a first come first served basis.

Stalls must be set up and ready for 10am start and breaking down of stalls is not permitted before 4pm.

Please provide a full description on the booking form of goods/services you will be providing.  If you would like to enclose flyer/details/photos that you would like us to use in our advertising please enclose this with your booking form.

Sub-letting of a stand is not permitted, unless agreed prior to the event.

Confirmation of booking will be sent, via e-mail, on receipt of your booking form and after the payment has been cleared by our bank.

Neither the event organisers or the event venue accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods, equipment, vehicles or persons. Please ensure that you have the necessary insurance in place to safeguard yourself and your business at all times.

Fire and emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.

The use of adhesive tape and drawing pins is not permitted at this venue

All waste must be removed at the end of the event, and the area must be left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Naked flames are not permitted at any of our events.


 A minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space. This deposit is non-refundable. 

The remaining balance will be due no later than six weeks prior to the event date stated on the booking form. 


Should the organisers or venue cancel the event for any reason, your deposit will be transferred to another event.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, a minimum of two weeks notice is required. Should you wish to transfer your deposit to another event you must inform the organisers as soon as possible. If not, you will be issued a refund minus the 50% non refundable deposit.

Emails collected from submitted forms will not be shared with anyone else. They are collected purely to enable us to contact stallholders with updates and information regarding events, venues & setup times etc.
